Nationals..........

Okay......I finally was able to get on the computer :)

Putting some pics on - nearly not all of them and had a hard time deciding what to do...
I only had 550 pictures to go through from the week!!!

Starting with the 14s:

There were four of us that camped through the week and had a great time!!!
Games, visiting, meals, bubbles, cards, trading pins, go kart racing, Worlds of Fun....
you name it - just fun and lots of memories for the girls!!

The girls got beat out on Friday, but they had an awesome year this year.
I'm proud of each of every one of them. They came together as a team
and had fun with each other - that to me, is more important than anything.
Years from now, they won't remember the games they won or lost, but
they will remember their teammates and the fun they had!

Again, girls, you had an awesome year!!! I can't wait to see what the future holds

Now, the 18s. Kyle and I were split this week. I was with 14s til Wednesday and he
with 18s til Wednesday, and then we swapped places.

We were able to rent the college dorm and stay and it was sooo fun!!!
Again, the girls had games galore, fun, and oh, those memories that will last a lifetime.

What a great year for the girls!!! They worked hard and deserved gaining
this 4th place!!! It was a bittersweet end to the season......they won,
but still wanted to go on to win more - not knowing if this will be their
final year - just bittersweet with a lot of emotions....

And, so the end of the season has come........

The End of the Season.....

We are all home safe and sound!! I just wanted to update real quick......the pics are going to take a few days.........way too many to sort through, but I promise I will get them on this week!!!

The 14's ended their season Friday, losing their last game - but they had an awesome year and had the time of their lives with each other - making memories that will last a life-time!!!

The 18's ended their season Saturday - HOWEVER - They placed 4th in the Nation and also had a member get 2nd place with an Accuracy throw - Crystal and two pitchers - Clair and Cassandra that made the All World Team!!! Wow!! Way to go girls!!! You also had a Great week and I think a lot of fun also!!!

We are so very proud of each and everyone of you!! It was an all around Fantastic Year!!!

Day Four........

Sorry, sorry, sorry...............I missed a day, but it was spent watching two games and then driving to Hutchinson. Wednesday, our day to switch places and so after

the second game of the 14's, we took off.

The 14s again had a tough tough pool play this week and

lost both games Wednesday........however, they held both of

the teams the first five or six innings......they played really well.

Today, the played their first bracket game against the PC Monarchs

again holding the score to 1-1 until the last inning, when they lost.

They are in action again tomorrow....

Let's go girls!!!

The 18s played their last pool game on Wednesday against the Midwest Elite....

going into International Tie Breaker and winning the game 6-1.

They also began bracket play today, playing the Southern Shockers

and won 7-0 - woo-hoo!!

They are in action tomorrow and hopefully will continue on

playing as excellent as they have been playing!!!

I have only taken 520 pictures so far this week :)

I promise to share more later.....
